**Job Functions:**

* Greets all visitors entering Northwest and directs individuals to correct destinations

* Answers inbound calls and distributes to the proper service center, department, or person

* Handles all incoming and outgoing mail including processing, distributing and return mail as well as assists in the mail room

* Maintains all internal directories and aids with third party record searches

* Provides general clerical and administrative support including special projects

* Ensures cleanliness, stock and organization of lobby and refreshment areas
