Prepare complex pleadings. Prepare correspondence to clients, experts, and opposing attorneys. Draft complex motions and briefs. Qualifications: 2+ years litigation experience, including Federal court experience. In-depth knowledge and understanding of Federal procedure and filings, and motion practice. Ability to both take and defend depositions. Strong legal writing and research skills. Attention to detail is paramount.
