Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Specialist, who will transform how todays products are sold, redefine the future of Online Rapid Delivery and eAway from Home, by navigating the online landscape and developing new capabilities and experiences from scratch to impact path to purchase, owning and executing omni-channel marketing plans. You will be responsible for a full portfolio of snacks and beverages, collaborating cross functionally with Sales, Shopper Marketing, Media and grocery partners to communicate learnings and drive best practices on eCommerce media and marketing across all PepsiCo brands.

Responsibilities:

Your impact:

As an eCommerce Specialist, your role will consist of:

  • Lead and manage PepsiCos e-Commerce growth agenda, while creating a strategic within eCommerce Rapid Delivery, eAway from Home customers & eGroceries (Bolt, Glovo, Tazz, Mega Image, Auchan, Profi, Kaufland etc);
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to exploit PepsiCos market potential building credible Joint Business Plans in the Beverage and Snacks category;
  • Own the customer P&L and achieve sales targets, contractual, promotional and marketing budget tracking;
  • Implement Test & Learn initiatives against joint priorities;
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer business from internal and external data / insights;
  • Lead campaign execution for ecommerce marketing campaigns across various marketing channels including display, on-site merchandising, and online promotions-continuously looking for ways to improve process and increase efficiency;
  • Manage creative process for digital marketing campaigns including writing creative briefs, providing creative feedback and securing creative approvals as necessary;
  • Partner with Sales teams, Shopper Marketing and Media teams to align on key omni-channel programs and provide best practices for digital execution, as well as to identify key businesses and challenges and develop commercially minded strategies that deliver business results;
  • Instill a performance marketing mindset with the team by setting clear KPIs and managing a reporting process to effectively measure eComm marketing performance;
  • Create a structure that enables sharing across eComm customer teams that will help with cross-pollination of ideas, socialization of learnings and development of templates for consistency and efficiency;
  • Develop 1st party data platform and action plan.


Qualifications:

If you have these skills, we would love to meet you:

  • Min 3 years of relevant e-Commerce/ Marketing/ Sales experience/ Commercial in Consumer Goods category;
  • University Degree;
  • Analytical mindset & skills create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities;
  • Hands on experience and deep working knowledge leading marketing programs across digital channels (display, search, email, social, mobile);
  • eCommerce and performance marketing mindsetunderstands how to leverage marketing tactics to target shoppers throughout the funnel to drive conversion;
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution to make sure we're providing thought leadership for our customers but also executing flawlessly on a daily basis;
  • Demonstrated ability to drive improvement of digital KPIs via a strong analytical mindset;
  • Desire to build a career in Ecommerce with a passion for online sales and who have has some experience in Ecommerce or Digital (preferably retail or ecommerce)
  • Understanding of data and strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to own and drive improvement of marketing and business KPIs, particularly in a complex, multi-stakeholder and fluid environment;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with an ability to educate, engage and influence multiple stakeholders;
  • Proven experience / record track with retailers and proactive approach - drive online sales and customer engagement;
