We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer with a background in Transportation and 5+ years of experience to join our team. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in the planning, design, and construction of transportation projects, contributing your expertise to deliver successful outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of transportation infrastructure projects, including highways, roads, bridges, and transit systems. Conduct feasibility studies, traffic analyses, and environmental assessments to inform project decision-making. Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Utilize engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation to develop detailed designs and drawings. Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project goals, objectives, and requirements are met. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering their professional development and growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. 5+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on transportation projects. Strong knowledge of transportation engineering principles, standards, and regulations. Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
