Assistant General Manager

What you'll do We strive to create a fair and safe work environment, in which each person has the necessary tools and training to perform at their highest levels. Our Assistant General Managers are key leaders in the restaurant who directly drive the overall customer experience, support with the execution of operational systems, and help deliver positive restaurant results. They are equipped with the knowledge and skills to run highly effective shifts while operating and holding employees to the highest standards - every single day. Assistant General Manager Responsibilities: Reliable and Dependable Inspire and Influence Crew members to always do their best Assist in the training and development of new crew members Understand and utilize Wendy’s Operational Systems Knowledge of Restaurant’s Business Performance Create a fun and respectful place for both employees and customers Continuous growth with General Manager aspirations Foster a Team environment with a “Customer-First” culture Bring a Positive Energy to work Move with a sense of Urgency Great at Planning and Problem Solving Work Environment & Physical Demands In order to satisfactorily execute and meet the above responsibilities, a Crew Member must perform the duties on site, in accordance with customary scheduling requirements for this position (including ability to work many different shifts). The position frequently requires working at a fast pace and may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold or other elements. It is also necessary to use a headset to take orders and take direction. The Crew Member position requires bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 25-30 pounds, as necessary), and standing for long periods.
