•Minimum 7 years of experience in contact center related technologiesand expertise in Avaya; Migration from Avaya to Genesys
•Experience in working on different contact center technology areas like
o IVR, Bots, Routing, CTI, Agent Desktop, Dialers, Live Chat, WFM
o Migration to Genesys cloud contact center
o integration with 3rd party solutions and CRM's
•Experience on Salesforce integration
•Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
•Genesys Cloud Architect certification will be an added advantage
•Working across different IVR suite of products
•Migrating contact centers to Genesys Cloud CX. Will be Hands on Avaya,Genesys Cloud enablement, configuration, and support.
•Will be required to design and construct call flows using Architect (Call,Email, Chat, Message, Survey, Voice Mail, In-Queue, etc.) & IVRdevelopment.
•Design and deliver IVR and bots (Genesys Dialog Engine and 3rd party botplatform such as Google Dialog flow, Amazon Lex, etc.)
•API's and integration with 3rd party solutions and CRMs like Salesforce etc.
•Work with adjunct solutions like WFM, Dialers, Recording etc.
•Interface with required teams, OEMs, vendors to achieve desirable goals.
•Would be required to work with other contact center platforms (Avaya,Genesys, CISCO etc.)
