Shifts Available:We have full-time shifts and part-time shiftsshifts available providing flexibility to accommodate various schedules.
Compensation and Benefits:For this position, the expected hourly rate is $34.69 - $ 40.82 per hour, depending on qualifications. Plus, many shifts offer a shift differential.Applicants that apply to this job posting and are hired are eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $3,000.Benefit information for full and part time team members can be viewed HERE.
In this role, you will:
- Assist in planning resident care by following physician orders.
- Implement resident care based on physician orders.
- Evaluate care and communicate with doctors for updates of orders.
- Administer medication, IVs, give shots, update patient records, provide emotional support, patient education, basic diagnostics, and other patient procedures for residents.
- Receive and transcribe orders from attending physicians.
- Monitor blood glucose, temperature, and blood pressure when necessary.
- Respond to all emergencies.
- Schedule doctor's appointments and coordinate transportation for the residents. Includes scheduling labs and transcribing lab results.
- Current Florida Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- One year of long-term care desirable
