The Admitting Clerk will be making appointments for Ambulatory Care Services using electronic scheduling system either in person or by phone or via the mail. Works closely with patients, physicians and nursing Staff. Generates reports, processes requests for appointment changes and cancellations. Heavy telephone work.

Required Experience:

A minimum of 6 months experience in electronic appointment scheduling preferably in the medical field. Must have excellent communication skills, telephone etiquette and customer service.

Education Requirements:

High School/GED required.

Computer/Equipment skills:

Knowledge of computer literate, fax machine, copy machine, multi line telephones required.

Medical clinical experience a plus, bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Salary Range: $23.650/Hr -$24.931/Hr
