Responsibilities Review, select, invite, coordinate, projects to bid Bid compilation Project Award, Start Up to Final Completion including Punch List Administrate projects Manage project start up, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering Communication with various entities for completing construction project Coordinate job site activity Monitor job site progress Adherence to monetary budgets, quality control and safety standards Inspection of construction site Team leader Knowledge & Skills 10+ years of experience in Construction Project Management Thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety standards Ability to plan and organize a project and project team Ability to lead, motivate and mentor a project team and other project management staff Effective time management and logical decision making ability Capable to handle pressure and multiple project deadlines Strong focus on quality, customer service, and client satisfaction PTO Paid Holidays Retirement Plan Dynamic Work Environment Professional Growth & Development Contact Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer Qualified candidates submit a cover letter and resume to: aaron@jorgensonconstruction.com *Responsibilities are subject to change. #J-18808-Ljbffr
