Busy homecare agency looking for full time Staffing Coordinator. Staffing experience REQUIRED. Match and place candidate skills set requirements with clients requests. Provide back-up support to HR functions to include, but are not limited to: Sourcing, recruiting, screening and placing applicants. Testing, qualifying and marketing candidates to clients. Providing excellent customer service and establishing relationships with clients and candidates. Supporting manager and interfacing with owner. Position will support, maintain and document all related data to client and contact files.
Required Skills & Abilities

  • Experience : 2+ years of staffing experience in a home care, or clinical environment.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze and interpret issues and respond effectively to sensitive inquiries, problems or complaints
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook. The position requires technology literacy and the ability tobe a quick learner of new technology.
  • Experience in QuickBooks is helpful
  • Ability to do a high level of multi-tasking, work in a fast-paced setting with constant interruptions and maintain poise under pressure
  • Superb organizational and time-management skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Must possess excellent human relations skills to create an atmosphere of care and competence including the ability to deal with challenging people tactfully.
  • Leadership ability and ability to work as a constructive member of a team
  • Strong desire to fulfill the company mission.
Key Activities:
  • Maintains the Active Staff List actively communicating with staff on the Active Staff List and updating their availability to work as it changes.
  • Implements the agency personnel and HR systems for staff.
  • Provides a helpful response in all interactions with staff creating their sense of being valued and appreciated.
  • Assists in staffing client jobs by offering suggestions and ideas about which active staff are available to match the shift schedule and the client's needs/personality.
  • Independently staffs client jobs and also covering nights and weekends as needed.
  • Role includes on-call coverage, independently problem solves client issues. Uses sound judgment to involve the Director and RN Clinical Coordinator in response to problems as appropriate.
  • Answers office telephones and assists clients/staff.
  • Provides a helpful and caring response in all interactions with clients, families and their collateral relationships. Stays calm under pressure.
