Falls Fabricating LLC, a growing manufacturer in Little Falls, MN, is seeking a Plant Manager. The candidate will be a central figure in the manufacturing activities of the facility. The preferred candidate will provide clear leadership on all issues related to the accomplishment of the Plant’s production objectives. The candidate will oversee the use of goals and metrics to drive and promote performance improvement. A Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering and/or a minimum of 5 years direct supervision or plant management experience in a sheet metal fabrication or a similar manufacturing environment is desired. Pay will be determined based on experience. Falls Fabricating offers full benefits, an engaging work culture, and a 4 day work week.
