Job Description

The selected candidate will assist with a variety of tasks in different departments, playing a crucial role in the company's operations. The responsibilities include removing tape and prepping material from units, adding nameplates, assembly lids, and hardware as per order requirements, packaging and weighing units, preparing SAP shipments, and helping with parts orders. They will also be tasked with maintaining a clean work/storage area, checking inventories and providing support in the prep/paint area.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).
Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Waunakee, Wisconsin.
Work Environment

The candidate will work between receiving, shipping, inventory / racking, and machine operation areas, and must be open to doing different jobs. The facility is very new and clean, with a brand new automated paint line system. The work culture promotes collaboration and individual contribution. The dress code requires steel toes, safety glasses, and shorts or pants with no holes/tears. The temperature is climate-controlled but can get hot during the summer months. The noise level is moderate. The candidate must be okay with working 10-hour shifts for the next 6 months, including 4 Saturdays per year. The first shift is from Monday - Friday 6AM - 2:30PM with potential overtime until 4:30-5 PM. The second shift is from Monday - Thursday 3:00PM - 1:30AM with an overtime shift from 2:30 PM - 3 AM. Smoking is not allowed on site.
