- The team comprises of 30 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers (APPs), including a dedicated nocturnal team.
- The clinicians bring diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds to lean on and learn from each other in their approach to patient care.
- Team-oriented approach with other hospital department leaders and managers who are eager to offer help to assist in our practice.
- Established tertiary care hospital that receives transfers from all surrounding counties and across state lines.
- Day and swing admitters, as well as dedicated nocturnists.
- There is a resident-led MET/RRT team, and hospital medicine does not respond to codes.
- The hospital has a closed ICU with a separate intensivist group
- Procedures not required however, welcome to maintain privileges.
- Seeking board-certified/eligible internal medicine and family medicine candidates.
- EMR is Epic, and access to internal informatics platform.
- Compensation ranges from $1625 (day) to $1850 (night) per shift and $400 moonlighting for extra shifts above the threshold. Quality and productivity incentive offered.
