**Casual Retail Assistant**

We are currently seeking an energetic, passionate Sales Assistant for our Silverdale store. This is a casual role, and you must be able to work on the weekends and late nights.

We are looking for a trustworthy, well presented, punctual, courteous, professional people person with lots of energy and drive to achieve individual and store KPI's, with exceptional customer service experience.

* Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture

* Achieve personal sales targets by achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store target

* Contribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing "can-do" attitude

* Support your team

* Focus on attention to detail, diligence and maximising efficiency and time

***About you:***

* You will be energetic and enthusiastic - a real "people" person

* Experience in Retail, hospitality or food service is a must

* Experience with Jewellery is preferred but not necessary

* Must love interacting with the public, and helping customers find their perfect item.

* Responsible, honest and enjoy building relationships with existing staff is a must.

* You will be professionally presented, well-spoken and experienced in retail sales

* Show an understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and enquiries

* Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store

* Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising and displays and other activities
