**Job Summary**

**Pilot Freight Services** is seeking a full time **Delivery Driver** at our **La Vergne TN Location**. Dependable driver with 2yrs experience doing local deliveries for both residential and business. Must be able to operate sit-down forklift, and responsible for loading and unloading of truck. Must also package freight picked up that day for transit out that night when arriving back to dock.

**Responsibilities:**

* Perform local commercial and residential pickups and deliveries; will be home nightly

* Be able to work with other drivers and driver helpers to perform deliveries inside residences

* Accurately complete required paperwork on each job as well as daily paperwork, and understand direction

* Keep on schedule as provided by dispatcher, and advise if there are delays or issues in a timely manner

**Qualifications:**

* Must have 1+ year experience driving box trucks

* Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

* Must have local driving knowledge of the area

* **Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent**

* **Driver must have excellent customer contact and driving skills**
