Overview

AdventHealth Central Florida Division, is looking to expand the vascular surgery program in the East Orlando area. We are in search of dynamic and hardworking vascular surgeons to join our group. 

  • This position is perfect for someone looking to build up a new practice and program at our East Orlando campus. 
  • Employment opportunity with AdventHealth Medical Group Vascular Surgery at East Orlando is a part of our well established and respected group of five physicians based at our major quaternary facility, AdventHealth Orlando. 
  • The new physician would see a broad array of cases, both open and endovascular, in a fast-paced and busy environment.

  • AdventHealth East Orlando is a 300 bed campus with established and experienced multi-specialty teams ie. Critical Care, Anesthesia, OR Staff, Cath Lab Staff 
  • Extremely busy emergency department

Requirements: Fellowship training in Vascular Surgery. Physician must be board certified (or board eligible within five years of completion of fellowship) in the subspecialty of Vascular Surgery through the American Board of Surgery.

Practice Description

This opportunity with AdventHealth Medical Group includes the benefits of call coverage and competitive compensation. Other benefits include occurrence-based malpractice coverage, paid leave days, CME days and allowance, 403b retirement plan, health insurance for physician and family, and relocation allowance. AdventHealth Medical Group is a sister organization of AdventHealth Orlando which employs over 900 physicians in over 60 specialties. This aligned model and practice management experience provides the opportunity for the physicians to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine.

AdventHealth East Orlando, a 300-bed full service community hospital became part of the AdventHealth System in 1991. We are proud to serve approximately 180,000 patients annually, which include more than 16,700 inpatients and 79,330 outpatients at AdventHealth East Orlando.
