The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and maximize revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer products, market trends, and digital marketing. The VP of Marketing will lead a talented marketing team and collaborate with other departments to achieve our business objectives. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth for Jocko Fuel's products. Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and professional development. Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, advertising, public relations, and events. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges specific to the consumer products industry. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI. Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. Utilize data-driven insights to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, media, and stakeholders. Report on marketing performance metrics to the president and provide actionable recommendations. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the consumer products industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for consumer products. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content marketing. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
