As the sales operations & inside sales manager you will be supporting a global team of international business professionals delivering projects in over 10 countries. This is a role for a go-getter seeking the chance to develop significant career experience in an international organization.
Reporting to Revenue Operations Manager, your will key responsibilities will include:
* Responsible for deals desk (contracts, renewals, schedule, invoices)
* Participate in sales process with regional BDMs and provide support from pre-sales to post-sales.
* Conduct market research and support account planning for new customers.
* Support targeted sales campaigns for business expansion.
* Collaborate with sales team on communications, strategies, and research needed to engage current and prospective clients.
* Coordinate our proposal or quote documentation and process, supporting Business Development Managers with the preparation and submission of proposal documentation.
* Produce high-quality presentation sales materials and templates to provide insight into markets and key accounts.
* Act as a super-user for our Salesforce CRM system, by maintaining data integrity and assuring the quality of our commercial records are accurate.
* Works in cross functional teams to ensure sales, engineers, marketing, finance, and management are aligned to execute the companys goal.
* Support the sales forecasting process by monitoring and assuring the quality of data in our CRM system.
* Assist and support business development managers on a global scale.
* Coordinate the logistics and transportation of hardware products, liaising effectively with suppliers and customs organizations.
Skills & Experience You Should Posses:
* Bachelors degree education preferred.
* 2+ years experience supporting the sales department of a global organization.
* Experience with a CRM database, Salesforce preferred.
* Structured and organized approach to workload management.
* Excellent MS Office and system administration skills.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Flexible and responsive with great communication skills internally and externally.
* Resilient and positive approach to working within a team.
* High personal quality threshold and a commitment to quality work outcomes.
* Potential and appetite to develop towards a career in business development.
You must have the right to work in the US to be considered for this position. The role will be particularly suited to relatively recent graduates with several years commercial experience seeking to develop a career in business development. Alternatively, candidates with experience supporting a growing sales team may also be interested in this role.
