Fond du Lac, United States Badger Liquor Co., Inc. Full time

Responsible for providing in store support for off premise wine and spirit sales and chain divisions. Primary point of contact for replenishing and merchandising the company's chain accounts and specific independent accounts to meet the standards set by the company's customers, as well as those standards set by the company. Builds and maintains relationships with key off premise chain accounts and independent account owners and managers in order to increase display activity and market share. Position intended to be a transition role into a Sales Representative position.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Communicates with and takes direction from account personnel, management, Sales Representatives and store personnel on a regular basis and reports problems in the proper timeframe Responsible for proper inventory and reorganizing back stock, refill cold boxes, shelves, displays and dust product as needed Responsible for communicating corporate programs to chain accounts Build displays that meet supplier and company guidelines Works with chain division to execute and merchandise all monthly chain programs Writes and merchandises orders in designated chain accounts Maintains and submits required reports in a timely manner Maintains proper product rotation on all date sensitive products Assists all divisions in display reset projects Assist in running vacation routes Assists Sales Representatives with rebates and coupons within assigned accounts as needed Attends product and business training sessions and division meetings Able to understand and complete all necessary training provided by the company as necessary Required to work (regular or overtime) or provide on call support on any day, may include nights, weekends and holidays Additional duties as assigned by management

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience required Experience of one (1) to three (3) years in grocery, liquor or industry experience preferred Experience in distribution and/or sales environment preferred Valid driver license, insurance and satisfactory driving record required

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT

Due to the fast paced, highly physical demands of the position, job candidates will be required to complete a Post Offer Pre-Employment Physical (POPE). Job candidates must pass all aspects of the POPE to qualify for the position.
