Summary:

A typical software engineer researches, designs, develops and tests operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for medical, industrial, military, communications, aerospace, business, scientific and general computing applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop, design, create, modify, and/or test mobile and desktop web software applications or systems Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications Implement features and user interfaces to optimize performance of user-facing products Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors

Must-Have Skills:

Experience with React is a must 5+ years of JavaScript experience, including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6 5+ years of HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility 5+ years’ experience with browser APIs and optimizing front end performance Demonstrated experience driving change within an organization and leading complex technical projects

Soft Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication Willingness to learn Display ability to collaborate

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
