About This Role:
As a member of the Golf Marketing Team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering marketing services to golf course owners and operators all over the country. You will be responsible for providing clear, consistent, and knowledgeable strategic planning and execution across multiple channels such as email, social, and web. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Managing an ongoing communications calendar with your clients; setting meetings, performing follow-up, and proactively engaging with clients to suggest and implement marketing initiatives and strategies tailored to their operation and stated goals.
  • Building and maintaining campaign plans within our project management platform. This includes writing descriptions, setting expectations, assigning out work, reviewing copy and content, communicating timelines to internal and external stakeholders, and evaluating and reporting on performance.
  • Participating in team activities designed to generate new initiatives, strategies, and strengthen existing practices to provide the most effective service to our clients.
  • Collaborating closely with our team of Specialists to maintain a high level of quality in asset curation, content creation, copywriting, and other related activities. 
  • Continually engaging with industry resources and educational content to stay on the forefront of market trends and best practices, especially those specific to the golf industry.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • High-caliber interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a book of business, and be responsible for client satisfaction and retention
  • Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, etc).
  • Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc).
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to properly prioritize and manage multiple ongoing projects
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in creating value for clients
  • Team-oriented and collaborative - able to accept new challenges and ideas as well as contribute 

PREFERRED:

  • Golf industry knowledge or a background in digital marketing
  • Located in Las Vegas (NV)
