We're hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team at Presque Isle Downs & Casino In this role, you'll tackle a variety of tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, machine servicing, and even table games maintenance. Candidate must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the maintenance field. Candidate will perform maintenance and repairs on table game equipment. Other duties may be assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have any supervisory responsibility. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Computer Skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC's are preferred. Certificates and Licenses Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Must have a valid driver's license. Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational skills desired. Candidate will be exposed to smoke when on the casino floor. Candidate must be organized and be able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
