Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician We are seeking a well-rounded, reliable Maintenance Technician to join our growing company. You will be responsible for light carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. Maintenance Technician duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Installing trim and molding. Minor pipe repairs and fixture maintenance. Installing new switches and receptacles. Following project instructions from construction manager or supervisor. Completing all assigned tasks in a timely manner. Safely operate a variety of tools including pressure washers, jack hammers, drills, saws, grinders, etc. Maintenance Technician requirements and qualifications: 18 years of age or older. High school degree or equivalent educational experience. Vocational school or trade apprenticeship is desired but not necessary. A valid driver's license. Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40lbs. Comfortability climbing ladders and working at elevated heights. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team.
