Seeking upbeat, driven individuals who are looking for a long-term position within a growing company. Our client service representatives provide valuable consultation to veterans and their families, regarding eligibility, supporting documentation, and long-term care planning.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Meeting and completing phone appointments with clients as scheduled

Review and prepare documentation as part of our consultation service.

Document & analyze information promptly; ability to spot errors and make changes as needed to complete a case

Simultaneously provide daily phone and email support to several clients and ensure that

each client’s needs are attended to

Must be comfortable meeting weekly quotas as set by management

Qualifications for this Position:

Customer service driven; with a passion for helping/assisting others

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication; must be comfortable communicating via phone

and email.

Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, G-mail, Google Calendar and

comfortable with learning how to use CRM databases.

Have office admin/clerical experience

Must be able to multi-task

Work hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM PST
