Enterprise Cloud IAM Engineer

develops strategic and tactical plans for a comprehensive enterprise-wide Azure Cloud information security program. As an Azure Enterprise Cloud Engineer – IAM, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing secure and compliant IAM solutions for our enterprise customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have the right level of access to the right resources at the right time, while also protecting their data from unauthorized access. In this role, you will be a key member of our cyber security team working closely and partnering with multiple groups to increase automation within the cloud identity space. You will execute and automate Identity provisioning and deprovisioning processes quickly, accurately, and securely. Your responsibilities will include writing and deploying code primarily into Azure in an automated fashion. Expertise in GCP and AWS is desired as the role supports enterprise multi cloud environment. How you will make an impact: Design a cloud native infrastructure environment in Azure from development environments through production environments utilizing Identity and Cybersecurity best practices.

Mentor and consult with peers and customers.

Configure systems and application monitoring, defining alerts and building appropriate dashboards.

Integrate security tools, standards and processes into cloud environments for IAM.

Create new standards & best practices to increase effectiveness and visibility across a diverse environment.

Automate IAM tasks such as policy creation, role creation, and conditional access.

Hands on design, development and documentation of all processes and procedures

Creates presentations and seeks IT and business management approval and acceptance of significant replacements or reconfigurations of major security technologies serving the Enterprise.

Provides technical guidance and leadership to the technical engineers within the organization.

Participates in the design of the enterprise architecture.

Research relevant trends and activities in healthcare, business, competition and regulatory environments; recommends strategy adjustments.

Participates in enterprise planning activity, including vendor assessment, technology platform selection & retirement, prioritization and integration.

Responsible for developing end to end architecture for the IAM Cloud Solutions to meet our control, security and business needs, along with providing deep subject matter expertise for Azure Identity & Access Management services, entities, configuration, and best practices.

Minimum Requirements: Requires BS/BA in Information Technology or related field of study and a minimum of 10 years of experience in systems administration and security aspects of information systems, access management and network security technologies, network communications, computer networking, telecommunications, systems development and management, hardware, software, data, and people; experience with multiple technical and business disciplines required; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications: Ideal candidate will have a proven track record of automating and launching products within Cybersecurity and Cloud Environments.

Experience with automated solutions that are enterprise grade and focus on a consistent user experience.

Experience in delivering outcomes through agile software delivery.

Demonstrated understanding and experience with Identity and Access Management for Azure, AWS and GCP.

Proficient with a variety of Software development / scripting languages such as C# / Java / Python / PowerShell

3+ years hands on experience with Azure

Azure administrator or Azure Security Engineer or Equivalent

Deep knowledge and hands on experience of terraform and Azure cloud.

Experience with Azure AD Connect, Azure AD Conditional Access, Azure Policies

5+ years of other cloud experience (GCP/AWS)

Familiarity with IT control processes around risk and compliance

Familiarity with Security domain concepts such as SAML, OAUTH, OIDC, LDAP, SSO, ADFS, and Federation flow

Experience with Privileged Access solutions is a plus

Strong ‘self-starter’ and initiative to navigate complex subject matter in a large organization

Experience managing delivery of full-stack technical solutions

Exposure to agile product management including the ability to set vision, establish a roadmap, set goals, write user stories and execute

Effectively lead or collaborate with cross-functional resources to manage and resolve interdependencies

Excellent communications skills and ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders.

Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.

CISSP preferred and other advanced technical security certifications (e.g. Information Systems Security Architecture Professional, Information Systems Security Engineering Professional, Certification and Accreditation or equivalent certifications).
