House Cleaner Needed Huntersville, NC Locally owned residential cleaning service in the Lake Norman/North Charlotte area is currently hiring cleaners and are ready to get you started as early as this week

Experience is required, however, Maid Right will provide full, professional grade training to all new hires.

Candidates should have the following:

* Reliable transportation to the office

* Some cleaners will have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle they can use for work

* Ability to pass a background check

* Smart phone with internet access

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES:**

Maintain an appearance and demeanor consistent with the MAID RIGHT image

Communicate with the Quality Assurance Manager/Regional Office to accept new jobs, provide feedback on current jobs, etc.

Clean homes to the quality level of the MAID RIGHT brand

Inspect your own and your teams work in customers' homes to ensure it is complete, thorough and meets MAID RIGHT quality standards and meets or exceeds customers' expectations

Ensure that customers' houses are locked and secure upon leaving

Ensure the proper and safe handling of customers' keys

Ensure that you always properly care for customers' property

Document and resolve all problems, suggestions or customer comments, hazards, injuries, safety violations, breakage, damage, etc.

Fulfill all the essential functions of a Cleaner

Compensation: $12-$15 per hour

Ability to Work Independently This job was great, the managers and team leaders are amazing and it's a fun job to do. This was the best job I've had. Everyone gets along with each other great, and customers are never unsatisfied because the teams do so well. Great experience working for this company I learned ALOT and was able to carry my experience with me. working for this company was great having a say in company rules, etc. felt great and we were all a big family.
