We set our employees up for success with constant learning opportunities and decades of hands?on experience. Main Responsibilities Enter and process supplier invoices. Prepare weekly batches and submit to Corporate for payment. Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, researching vendor statements, phone calls, and discrepancies. Ensure accuracy of supplier accounts, credit memos, and received?goods?not?invoiced lists. Assist with month?end closing, including intercompany balancing. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Ensure work is performed safely, using all available safety equipment. Possess mental faculties consistent with performing the minimum requirements of the job. Adhere to and perform all duties aligned with LINKs core values: Can?Do Attitude, Courage, Commitment, Humility, and Accountability. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Currently enrolled or previously enrolled in an accredited degree program with relevant coursework in accounting, finance, or a similar field. Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts payable. Experience with ERP systems (Epicor and Coupa preferred). Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong organizational skills. Strong customer orientation (internal and external). Ability to read and analyze financial reports. Strong mathematical and analytical skills to manage large amounts of data. Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong independent organizational, analytical, and problem?solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Physical Requirements Speak, read, and write in English. Walk, see (with corrective lenses), hear, lift up to 20 lb, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and coordinate hand?eye movements. Use a computer. Work evenings and/or weekends as required. Travel up to 10% domestically. Hazards Normal hazards related to working in an office environment. Normal hazards related to working in a manufacturing and testing environment.
