Northfield Retirement Community (NRC) is currently seeking **Part-Time to Full-Time Housekeepers** to assist residents in their daily living. NRC is a Christian not-for-profit organization where our residents are encouraged to continue their active lifestyles with the support of their caregivers.

**Day Shift / Weekend Rotation / Holidays Optional / 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**

* Provide excellent customer service.

* Coordinate with other co-workers and supervision to keep the facility clean.

* Perform basic cleaning duties like vacuuming, dusting, wiping hard surfaces, cleaning up spills, and cleaning bathrooms.

* Perform basic laundry duties like sorting, stain removal, folding and hanging.

* Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents and with fellow staff.

* Refilling supplies such was tissues, toilet paper, and paper towels.

**Qualifications and Skills**

* Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality.

* Ability to read and follow directions.

* Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds.

* Age 18 or older.

* Must be flexible, reliable, able to work independently, and willing to cross-train in all areas of housekeeping.
