**Patient Service Representative - Full Time**
BusinessOffice: 00-0010 Provo, Utah Minimum Experience **Entry-level** This is a wonderful opportunity for those wishing to gain knowledge and experience in medical billing and insurance processes. You will be operating a medical software system to answer patient billing questions while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
Patient Services is a fast-paced department that handles all patient billing concerns. As a Patient Service Rep you have the opportunity to make an impact daily and assist others in helping them understand their medical bills and options for payment.
No previous billing experience necessary. We will train the right person.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
* Answering phone calls
* Greeting and assisting walk-ins with billing questions
* Working patient financial accounts
* Processing and faxing billing record requests
* Updating patient demographics
* Effectively and fully listening to patients to meet their needs

This position has a competitive pay range. In addition to great pay, we offer our Patient Service Representatives paid time off, paid holidays (full-time), a 401k plan, medical, vision, and dental benefits. Our ideal candidates will be eager to provide guidance and assistance to patients in resolving questions and needs on their accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS OF A PATIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
* High School Diploma/GED
* Minimum 1 year customer service experience
* Moderate experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office
* Strong work ethic
* Critical thinking skills
* Team player
Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred but not necessary.
This is a full time position. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
