Position Objective:

This role is responsible for the planning and managingofvarious creative development projects for our cardiac product line and other corporate brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for marketing communication and a proven track record in managing complex projects from conception through execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plansfor marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver on creative excellence.
  • Manage all aspects of project logistics, from planning and budgeting to execution and reporting.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaborationamong stakeholders.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, including print, video, and digital content.
  • Organize and manage photoshoots, ensuring they meet brand standards and project goals.
  • Execute creative for e-commerce channels, including email marketing and paid media.
  • Plan and monitor social platforms, patient websites, and promotional events to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Manage projects with external brand partners, negotiating and managing collaborations that align with our brand's values and market positioning.
  • Ensure brand guidelines, quality standards and processes are followed.
Qualifications:
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in the medical device industry as Marketing Project Manager / Marketing Communications Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or similar
  • Experience in working with sales and marketing functions in a medical device / pharmaceutical company
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Project
  • Experience in working with medical professionals (doctors, nurses, etc) is preferred
