Your role

As DPI's Digital Marketing Expert, you'll drive the marketing and global sales of our training programs, shaping the next generation of cybersecurity and privacy experts both in Belgium and worldwide. You'll lead our digital marketing efforts, collaborating with our team, agency, and tele-sales, while coordinating with Toreon's sales team.
Your responsibilities include crafting targeted campaigns, managing execution, and organizing engaging events such as the Privacy Caf and Cyber Caf (complete with our custom privacy and hacker beers).
Your mission

Boost brand recognition, expand contacts, reduce acquisition costs, and enhance customer value. Your digital marketing prowess will be instrumental in ensuring DPI's training programs thrive.
- Translate DPI's digital marketing and communication strategy into quarterly goals and actionable plans.
Marketing Actions:
- Organize and manage marketing campaigns for the next cybersecurity and privacy experts.
- Synchronize the marketing calendar with DPIs upcoming training and event schedules.
- Elevate DPI's website by implementing impactful SEO strategies and content enhancements.
- Create advertisements, blog posts, webinars, newsletters, and manage performance marketing (SEA) in collaboration with DPI's digital marketing agency.
Event Coordination:
- Coordinate captivating events such as the Privacy Caf and Cyber Caf to engage our audience.
- Approximately 6 annually, typically in the evenings.
What we expect form you

To excel in this role, you must possess:
Solid Marketing Acumen: Profound knowledge of marketing principles is essential.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to convey persuasive messages at all levels.
Multilingual Proficiency (French, Dutch, and English)
Expertise in Event Organization: Skilled in designing, coordinating, and executing engaging events.
Digital Proficiency: Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, Teamleader, Canva, Photoshop, Microsoft 365, and website analytics tools is vital.
Your profile

You are committed to continuous professional development, staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. You possess a master's degree in a relevant domain or equivalent experience, at least 5 years of marketing experience, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
