This role will serve as a key point of contact for marketing efforts, graphic design, website management, IT support, and administrative tasks related to employee technology needs. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative and technical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with Corporate and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the contracted marketing agency to coordinate and implement marketing strategies and campaigns. Create graphics and other visual assets for use in marketing materials, branding, and digital platforms. Maintain and update the company's website, ensuring content is current and aligned with brand standards. Manage and update websites for the company's full-service hotels and associated outlets. Monitor website performance and functionality, making improvements as needed. Set up and manage laptops, computers, and other devices for employees. Handle onboarding tasks, including setting up new employees with computers and email accounts. Provide day-to-day IT support within the office, addressing technical issues and coordinating with our IT service provider when necessary. Create and order business cards for employees, ensuring accurate information and branding consistency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred. Experience in marketing coordination, graphic design, website management, and or IT support. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and website management tools (e.g., WordPress, HTML/CSS). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling IT and technical issues. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time; using hands and fingers repetitively; view computer screens for long periods of time; use office equipment, including a telephone; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch and are frequently required to walk, climb stairs, speak, and listen. May be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
