General Purpose: The Human Resource Intern will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations and contribute to long-term projects. This role provides an opportunity to learn about various HR functions and processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Support the HR team in implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in the development and management of HR documents, such as job descriptions, performance evaluation forms, and HR reports.
  • Participate in HR projects, such as HRIS implementation and benefits administration.
Working Conditions:
  • Office environment with standard working hours.
  • May require occasional travel to other company locations for meetings and training sessions.
Educational Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
  • Previous experience in an HR role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and legal regulations is a plus.
Specific Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
