We manufacture water-efficient products including flush valves, electronic faucets, soap dispensing and sink systems along with vitreous china fixtures for commercial, industrial and institutional markets worldwide. Move and set up tooling and gather necessary tooling. Apply parting agents onto tooling to remove parts from molds. Lift upper mold sections from lower sections and remove molded patterns. Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments. Perform cleaning and any additional minor adjustment to the machine. Remove parts or tooling from machines after production runs are finished. Set up and start machines, monitor their operations, and record operational data. Position, align, and secure material against fixtures or stops on machine beds or on dies.
