Position Summary

As the Finance/Strategy Analyst at ARB Gaming, you will play a key role in enhancing the Finance and Strategy team at ARB. You will be responsible for conducting competitor analysis, support corporate functions, assist in M&A and on strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a similar field and is eager to transition to a more dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. This role offers the flexibility to work fully remote, from Miami, or in a hybrid setting.

Essential Functions

Corporate Finance:

  • Assist in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Assist in shareholder relations and registry maintenance
  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support business decisions.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide insights to improve financial health.

Mergers & Acquisitions:

  • Support the identification and evaluation of potential M&A opportunities.
  • Conduct due diligence, financial modelling, and valuation analyses.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations for executive review.

Competitor Research:

  • Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Track competitor performance and strategic moves to inform our strategy.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings.

Strategy Initiatives:

  • Conduct business intelligence on strategic initiatives and explore expansion routes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Support the development of business cases and strategic plans.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a similar field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical, and quantitative skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for the gaming industry and a desire to be part of a disruptive start-up.
