As a valued contributor to our team, you will design and develop unprecedented solutions for information technology (IT) infrastructure environments in solving complex or unusual business problems across several projects, programs, or products. This work includes coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Azure Solution Engineer/Architect - Principal (Hybrid) role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Apply your extensive and diversified knowledge of principles and advanced techniques and theories to develop unprecedented solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components.
Understand the end-to-end performance of IT platforms.
Establish and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Monitor performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions while identifying and developing plans to address long term trends or issues.

Bachelor degree or equivalent
Azure / AWS / /GCP experience and certifications will be preferred.
SkillsAdept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completionProgramming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languagesCommunication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operationsSkilled in establishing and maintaining consistency of a product's performance, functional, and physical attributes with its requirements, design, and operational informationSkilled in cloud technologies and cloud computingExperience monitoring and managing operation systems (OS), and staying current on patches, upgrades, and other elements of the OSDetermining causes of operating errors and taking corrective actionProduct Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRSInfluencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflictWorking with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goalExperience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questionsAbility to transform business processes using BPA, RPA, or other technology-enabled automationExperience identifying and selecting strategic options, and identifying resources to meet the defined objectivesRelationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and processToolsSkilled in using UNIXSkilled in SQLExperience using SharePointSkilled in ExcelSkilled in Microsoft TeamsExperience using APIs for developing or programming softwareSkilled in XMLSkilled in JavaSkilled in using REST APISkilled in Python object-oriented programmingExperience using JIRA
