We are looking for a 2nd shift Order Picker for our client in Belvidere, IL The Order Picker will cross-train in multiple positions to see which is best suited for them. All roles overlap when it comes to leveraging FR scanners and working with small Ziploc bags including labeling, processing, putting away, and maintaining kits.

1 or more years of experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.

Highlights:
- 480 hour temp-to-hire program (with a pay increase)

- Schedule: Full-time, 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 3 pm - 11:30 pm

Responsibilities:
- Match and pull products based on numbers, quantity, and other product ticket order requirements
- Stage items in designated areas to prepare orders for shipping
- Use both RF scanners and manual pick processes to match serial numbers to product numbers

Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Skills:
- 1 or more years of experience working in a warehouse environment preferred

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Ability to understand written and/or verbal instructions
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach to getting work done
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
