About the RoleAs Operations Supervisor, you will take on challenges that exist where Operations and Customer Service meet. You'll play a critical role in identifying, troubleshooting, and improving issues to achieve outstanding customer results. In this role, you'll own the local issues queue, follow up with internal and external collaborators, hybrid support our daytime operations from 7am to 3pm, and in person support our evening operations from 4pm to 11:30 pm.There is a huge upside to this roleOperations Supervisors at Rinse have developed unique and specialized knowledge of Rinse processes, which allows them to take on national leadership roles within the company.In this role, you will...Person-of-all-trades support of Dallas Operations: warehousing, inventory control, and quality control checks on customer orders.Hold regular 1:1s with your team of Operations AssociatesAssist with managing our workforce of W2 delivery drivers and warehouse associates, ensuring they provide a stand-out experience for our customers.
