Job Description:

Duties:
  • Log audit activities such as meetings and information requests into a spreadsheet, format and provide weekly snapshots.
  • Schedule meetings with identified Infrastructure and ISRM resources, attend meetings and take notes on commitments and timelines.
  • Conduct searches as requested in CMDB and ServiceNow for business applications (will require training on both tools).
  • Pull reports from OneTrust and format in Excel to provide insights into risk aging and risk themes.
  • Attend meetings related to End of Life planning for applications and servers and Service Account cleanup activities, take notes on commitments and timelines.
  • Send post-audit surveys to Infrastructure and ISRM participants, aggregate results and summarize.
  • Attend daily Major Incident calls, escalating relevant items to the rest of the team.
  • Create audit summaries using an existing template, with email threads and conversations with audit team members.
  • Monitor group email account and escalate time sensitive items.
  • Pull Infrastructure supporting documents from OneVault.
Experience:

Looking for candidates with 3-4 plus years of experience after graduation.

Skills:
  • Looking for someone who can assist with documentation, research, communications
  • Exposure to infrastructure components is required
  • Cyber security knowledge
  • Administrative knowledge
  • Excel skills - Pivot Tables, use of macros, Vlookups
  • Good Email Management
Soft Skills:
  • Attention to details
  • Good communications skills
  • Ability to articulate technology concepts in non-technology terms,
  • Ability to correspond via email
  • The ability to capture information and create notes or meeting minutes from meetings and the ability to use different tools to train from a technology perspective to do research or analysis on things.
