we want you to grow with us. Responsibilities: Accurately prepare and file sales and use tax returns in compliance with state and local regulations. Ensure timely submission of all required documentation and payments. Handle the processing of corporate tax payments, including the preparation of checks and arranging for their timely mailing. Maintain organized records of all tax payments and related documentation. Assist in the preparation and filing of business tax returns. Collaborate with the finance team to gather and analyze financial data as needed for ad hoc reporting purposes. Stay updated on changes to sales and use tax laws and regulations that may impact the company's tax obligations. Ensure compliance with all relevant state tax laws and regulations. Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all tax filings, payments, and related documentation. Ensure adherence to internal control procedures. Successfully complete ad hoc projects. Requirements: Proven experience in tax preparation and compliance, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong understanding of sales and use tax regulations and business tax laws. 3-5 years of experience Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
