Full-time Parish Custodian Location: Kaukauna, WI, 54130
Job Description:
The Full-time Parish Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the parish and office facilities. This includes but is not limited to:
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, classrooms, offices, and other areas as needed
- Emptying trash and recycling bins
- Mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces
- Setting up and taking down chairs and tables for events
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Assisting with snow removal and lawn care as needed
- Experience in custodial or janitorial work
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and pressure washers
- Basic handyman skills for minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
