Manufacturing Engineer

Description:

-Assembly Operations

-Confirming and checking in with production area

-Ensuring operators have what they need

-Day-to-day troubleshooting on the floor

-Process development using pFMEA

-Liaison between design group and production group

-Putting info into ERP system

-Develop incentive rates and labor estimates for building a product

-Develop assembly layout, production and tooling requirements, and work constructions.

-Once product is in production, they will take a maintenance role with continuous improvement

Skills:

Manufacturing engineering, cad software, mechanical aptitude, Continuous improvement, PLCs

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-6+ months of experience with CAD software preferred

-Exposure to PLCs preferred

-Mechanical aptitude

-Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred but not required

-Must have good attendance, work well in dynamic environment, and accept tasks/challenges
