Marketing Coordinator

Processing sponsorship requestsensuring necessary review, routing and approvals of unsolicited sponsorship requests from patient advocacy groups and institutions, submitted by RTLLs following RTLL submission, following requests through to vendor payment confirmation.ensure necessary materials are provisioned for RTLL-led events related to sponsorships.

Administrative responsibilitiesmanaging departmental PO processing (i.e., open POs and process invoices)managing HCP Contracting/HCP Engage for purposes of consulting engagements, content creation projects (e.g., KOL videos), etc.managing calendars, travel itineraries and expense reports in Concur (for Sr. Directors only)overall administrative support for the Professional Engagement and Consumer Teamssupport regional congress execution.overall administrative support for the departmentassisting with the preparation of monthly departmental reportsadministration support of Professional Engagement SharePoint site including uploading, organizing, tracking and updating documents for the KOL Engagement Working Group and team budgeting

Special projects as neededadministering the departments SharePoint site including uploading, organizing, tracking and updating documents (as needed)taking notes and track action items from team meetings (as needed)presentation slide support (as needed)

Ideal candidate will have the following skills and/or experience:Associate degree is required. BA/BS degree preferred.At least 5 years prior work experience in an environment supporting multiple team membersExperience in SRM, Concur, CounselLink (AggSpend), DocuSign, Read Soft requiredStrong MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills, and technology skills (i.e., Skype, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.)Highly pro-active with the ability to plan and manage tasks and long-term projects with minimum supervisionHighly organized and pays close attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multi-taskExcellent written & oral communication skillsExhibit business maturity and judgment in interactions with internal and external personnel.
