With a beautifully manicured 18-hole golf course and a Mission Style Clubhouse, our club provides a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere for dining and events. Join our culinary team and be a part of delivering an exceptional culinary experience to our members and guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to our menu and recipes
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
  • Ensure food quality and presentation is high quality and timely.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Line Cook or similar role
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Flexibility to be trained on multiple stations.
