We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to join our team. The Partner Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive business growth and revenue.

Partner portfolio includes Agents, ISOs, ISVs and Associations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with merchant services experience who thrives in a role that values the importance of customer experience while contributing to a fun and high performing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships across new and existing Partners to gain a deep understanding of clients business objectives and challenges, and create strategic recommendations based off this understanding.

  • Analyze partnership performance and provide reports to management.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Underwriting, Support, Accounting, Exec Team) to facilitate incoming business, develop partnership strategies, and resolve partner and client issues and queries.

  • Meet regularly with and anticipate clients needs to identify growth opportunities across various types of accounts.

  • Utilize Salesforce similar CRM tools to track accounts and partnership activities.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of Relationship Management,

    Account Management, or

    Tech Support experience in a payments/merchant services organization - specifically in Brick & Mortar / terminal type of merchant business.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.

    Ability to work and learn at a fast pace.

  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues in a remote setting.

  • Passionate about joining a small team and building a company.
