MUST BE LOCATED IN DALLAS - FORT WORTH AREA Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a Manufacturing company that is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager This position is responsible for managing and executing growth strategies to increase market penetration of the company's products within Dallas and Fort Worth and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Aim to surpass regional sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Strategize and oversee all sales activities within the assigned region. Maintain continuous engagement with key accounts while identifying and pursuing new prospects. Work closely with the Sales Leadership Team to develop the Annual Regional Budget, and generate region-specific reports and forecasts. Manage personal sales performance and visibility through consistent use of the CRM system. Exhibit a driven, strategic, and proactive approach in expanding the customer base. Engage in regular discussions with Internal Operations Staff to recommend updates and improvements in design, pricing structure, and general policy. Willingness to travel locally and nationwide is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory. 3 years in sales and business development, specifically in the

manufacturing

sector, with a preference for experience in the

electronic component industry . 2 years of experience working closely with distributors and manufacturers' representatives, ideally in a supervisory role. Strong emphasis on acquiring new accounts and customers, and expanding product lines with existing clients. High-energy self-starter with strategic plans for broadening the company's reach. Independent worker who proactively seeks new client interactions. Exceptional verbal, written, and digital communication skills are essential.
