You'll dive into a diverse array of tasks crucial to our U.S. compliance and tax provision efforts. In the role of International Tax Planning, M&A, Integration, you'll engage in various functions related to the company's international tax planning strategies, all while reporting to the Director of International Tax Planning, M&A, Integration. Work with business partners on international tax issues and provide assistance on development and implementation of company-wide international planning initiatives; Support the development of international principal company structure as applicable, legal entity rationalization project, other international reorganizations, and repatriation planning. This would include modeling to determine ROI of the relevant projects. Support international M&A deals, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration Research and monitor issues and changes in international tax, including modeling to quantify local tax and US international tax impact. Assist with the development and implementation of global transfer pricing strategy and policies, including the review and maintenance of transfer pricing studies; Assist with preparation and maintenance of intercompany agreements Coordinate and manage international tax strategies with external tax advisors; Assist with management and coordination of international tax audits Demonstrate working experience with international tax planning and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint in a financial business setting.
