Learning and Knowledge Management Specialist

Sous la supervision du HQ MEAL Manager, le/la HQ Learning & Knowledge management Specialist est un.e expert.e en charge de la dfinition des cadres institutionnels de HI en matire dapprentissage continu et de gestion des connaissances. Pour cela, il/elle dveloppe les cadres et mthodologies pour faciliter lmergence, la formalisation et le partage des savoirs au sein de HI, et accompagne les quipes dans leur dploiement. Il/elle contribue la qualit des projets en renforant la dmarche dapprentissage et damlioration continue sur le terrain comme au sige. Il/elle est en charge de dvelopper, amliorer et promouvoir les cadres affrents lapprentissage, promouvoir une culture interne de lapprentissage continu, et assurer que des systmes de gestion des connaissances robustes soient en place. Il/elle est charg(e) dapporter une expertise et daccompagner les quipes MEAL/IM, oprationnelles et techniques la mise en uvre et au respect de ces cadres. Il/elle veille la prise en compte des volutions du secteur sur la thmatique.
Dautre part, en tant que membre de la direction Innovation, Impact, Information, il/elle est capable de reprsenter la direction dans sa diversit dexpertises et de renvoyer vers les autres spcialistes quand ncessaire.
Mission 1: Stratgie et pilotage
Contribuer la stratgie de la direction 3i et de lunit MEAL
Mission 2: Standards et expertise
Dfinir le cadre et les mthodologies inhrentes lapprentissage continu et la Gestion des connaissances
Contribuer lamlioration du savoir-faire MEAL/IM par le dveloppement dune dmarche dapprentissage continu
Mission 3: Mise en uvre oprationnelle
Accompagne les quipes sige et terrain lmergence, la structuration, la formalisation et lappropriation de leurs savoirs et pratiques
Coordonne les projets de publication sinscrivant au sein des 10 collections existantes
Avec lappui des autres spcialistes de lunit MEAL et de lunit IM, apporte un appui technique et mthodologique sur lensemble du primtre MEAL/IM aux managers MEAL terrain dune zone gographique
Mission 4: Dveloppement et Gestion des Comptences
Supporte et forme les quipes MEAL/IM, oprationnelles et techniques (ou les partenaires) dans la mise en place des systmes dlapprentissage et de gestion des connaissances
Les locaux sont facilement accessibles en transports en commun (bus, mtro). Un parking voitures et un parc vlos sont galement disposition. Au sein du btiment, des rampes daccs et ascenseurs garantissent une meilleure circulation. Tous les postes de travail sont situs en Open Space mais des box sont disponibles chaque tage pour travailler dans le calme si ncessaire. Lespace de travail est trs lumineux.
Une rfrente handicap est prsente pour rpondre aux ventuelles questions et vous accompagner dans vos dmarches. En fonction de vos besoins, le poste peut tre amnag.
Expriences / Formation

Vous avez un diplme en sciences humaines, gestion de projet ou gestion de lhumanitaire et du dveloppement;
Vous avez une exprience terrain dau moins 2 ans, avec des expriences significatives MEAL ainsi que dans le secteur humanitaire et de dveloppement;
Vous maitrisez le cycle de projet, de gestion des connaissances, ainsi que les outils de capitalisation et dapprentissage;
Vous connaissez les processus ditoriaux;
Capable dorganiser et danimer des ateliers, groupes de travail et formations, vous disposez dun bon esprit dquipe, de pdagogie et dorganisation.
Vous avez de bonnes capacits danalyse, de synthse et de rdaction, tant en franais quen anglais.
