Relocation is not necessary This is a full-time traveling position for established construction leaders ready to be a foreman for an industry leading construction company

Phoenix Fabricators & Erectors has openings for experienced construction leaders that are ready for a career as a foreman leading our structural concrete construction crews
We need exceptional construction professionals with a strong work ethic that are eager to crisscross the country building our nation's water infrastructure. This position requires no relocation but does require a passion for extensive travel, primarily across the central and eastern United States. If you are an experienced construction professional that can take charge and lead concrete construction crews with finesse, this position will offer a rewarding experience. Ideal candidates must be able to perform heavy lifting, are not afraid of heights, can operate power tools, and operate heavy equipment.
Concrete shaft foremen must be able to work year-round in an external environment and be extremely comfortable working at heights in excess of 200'. Working at extreme heights is a necessity for this position. Employees are required to have reliable transportation, be willing to work in excess of 40 hours a week, and be willing to travel to projects for weeks at a time. OSHA 10 certification, rigging, and crane experience (with an NCCCO certification) are a plus but not required.
Pay is based on experience plus a bonus opportunity in addition to being provided daily subsistence, travel reimbursement, and an opportunity for employer sponsored medical, dental, disability, life insurance as well as a 401k with a company match.
