DescriptionROLE DESCRIPTIONGift Records Processor This position offices in-person on the Cherry Hills Community Church campus ROLE SUMMARYThe Gift Records Processor is responsible for the entire gift processing function including data entry, gift receipts and donor acknowledgements. This role will work directly with the Finance team and closely with the Advancement team as needed.Valor Christian High School is a decidedly Christian, college preparatory school whose core values honor a biblical foundation. Donors will feel valued by having their gift acknowledged quickly and efficiently.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferredMinimum 3 years experience working in a development or advancement office preferredSpecific experience working with a donor database is a strong advantageStrong technology skills including MS Office, Google and database management functions such as importing and exportingComfortable learning and effectively using new software systems with an eye to constantly seek process improvements IStrong verbal and written communications skills as well as excellent customer service skillsAbility to problem solve, think critically and propose creative solutionsAble to work independently while managing numerous competing prioritiesCommitment to data accuracy and strong attention detailsExceptional skills working collaboratively with members of other departments and teams to ensure the timely sharing of information and the reduction of data and information silosPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe same basic physical demands described here are the same for all employees to successfully perform the essential functions of their jobs.
